Typical of many of the senior executives I've worked with over the years. So sure they know their audiences, but not interested in listening to them. If this video were real life, the next scene would be the guy telling his comms team that the company has a PR problem, and that they should fix it by putting on a big event.
I enjoyed watching this. There are so many times when something isn't working and instead of listening to our customers (in my field, patients) the attitude is lets give them coupons.
